Our Four-Phase Design Journey

This is a creative dialogue where we also establish a comfortable budget range, ensuring our subsequent design work is perfectly aligned with your expectations.
Phase 2: The Site Survey & Analysis
Once we have a shared vision, we conduct a meticulous site survey. This is a technical process where we document every detail: soil conditions, sun exposure, land elevations, and existing features. Phase 3: The Master Plan & Visualisation

Phase 4: The Investment Proposal & Build Schedule
With the master plan approved, we present a clear and detailed investment proposal for the construction phase. Every cost is transparently outlined. Once you are perfectly happy, we agree on a detailed work schedule, and our skilled craftsmen begin the exciting process of bringing our shared vision to life.

Design fees typically range from £500 to £5000, reflecting the scale of your property and the complexity of the design.
